Catering Your Local Cafe Favorites

We recommend submitting your catering request at least 14 days before your event. Larger or customized orders should be submitted as early as possible.

Orders requested within nine calendar days of an event are subject to availability and require full, nonrefundable payment when confirmed.

Our menu includes estimated serving amounts for each platter and catering item. We are happy to help recommend quantities based on your guest count, event type and whether other food will be served.

Because appetites and portion sizes vary, serving amounts are estimates and cannot guarantee an exact portion for every guest.

A quote does not reserve your date or confirm your order. Your catering order is confirmed only after you approve the invoice and we receive the required booking deposit.

For orders of $700 or less, a 25% nonrefundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.

For orders over $700, a 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.

The $700 threshold is based on the food-and-beverage subtotal before gratuity, administrative fees, delivery fees and sales tax.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than nine calendar days before your event.

If full payment is not received by the deadline, your order may be canceled and the booking deposit will be forfeited.

Final quantities, menu selections, dietary requests, delivery information and event details are due nine calendar days before your event.

After the nine-day deadline, reductions, removals and refunds cannot be made. Additions are subject to additional charges, availability and and must be paid for when approved.

We are happy to consider customized menu requests, but availability and pricing may vary. Customized items are not confirmed until they are approved and included on your final invoice.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing mjcatering@justlovecoffee.com.

All booking deposits are nonrefundable.

If an order is canceled nine calendar days or fewer before the event, all payments made toward the order are nonrefundable.

A 10% automatic gratuity and a separate 5% Catering Administrative Fee are added to all catering orders.

Delivery, setup, rental charges and applicable sales tax are additional when required.

We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, non-dairy and other dietary options when available. Please provide all dietary requests and allergy information before the nine-day deadline.

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens. Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, cups, serving utensils and condiments are available when requested, and some subject to fee. Please tell us what you need when submitting your order so everything can be included in your quote.

Specialty serving equipment and rental items may require an additional charge.

Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee based on the delivery location, timing and order requirements.

Standard delivery includes transporting your order to the agreed-upon location. Delivery does not include arranging the food, setting up a buffet or beverage station, serving guests or cleanup.

Setup and staffed service may be added when available and will be quoted separately.

We have a limited selection of catering items available for rent. Rental availability and pricing depend on the needs of your event. Please ask to speak with our catering manager for additional information

A 3% credit-card processing surcharge applies to credit-card payments processed over the phone. This surcharge does not apply to debit-card payments.
